The Life Church of Memphis

At The Life Church, we want to see you touched by God's power, planted in God's House, discipled in God's word and equipped to see God's purpose for your life fulfilled. Our Discovery Classes offer the tools necessary to make this possible.

Discovery 1: Discovering Church Life

Membership at The Life Church of Memphis is not about adding your name to a roster or a list; it's about doing life with others and connecting with the vision of the church. If The Life Church seems like the church for you, we encourage you to attend this class.

In this class we cover:

• Our purpose, vision, and values
• The local Church
• Connection into Church Life (Serving, Small Groups and Spiritual Growth)
• Membership

All attendees will have an opportunity to become a member, sign up for serving opportunities, small groups, and other Discovery classes.

When can I attend?
We offer Discovering Church Life the first Sunday of every month from 10-1p at Sing Studios (2 doors down from the church). And don't worry about the kiddos, you can check them into Kids Life after the first service is finished and make your way to the Discovery class. Just let them know where you will be just in case your child needs you.

Discovery 2: Discovering Discipleship

In Discovery 2, we will guide you through the essential beliefs, disciplines and tools every Christian needs to find success in their walk with Christ.

In this class, we cover:

• Living a victorious life in Christ
• Renewing your mind
• Faith
• Essentials of a healthy spiritual life
• Connecting into the local church

When can I attend?
Discovery 2 is a 4-week class on Tuesday nights from 6-7:30p at the Cordova campus starting the week of Discovery 1 so that you can jump right in.

Discovery 3: Discovering Your Design

Discovery 3 is designed to help you to discover specific ways that God created you and explore how you can make the most of the way you were created!

In this class, you will complete several assessments designed to guide you in discovering your spiritual gifts and unique personality traits, which will help you move forward in the plan God has for you.

When can I attend?
This class is offered the Tuesday night following Discovery 1 from 6-8:30p at the Cordova campus.
